Discovery Notes | MaddAddam was collected from the soil about a foot off the sidewalk next to Lichty Hall. The sample was collected from the surface of the soil, and the soil was dry. The air temperature at the time was around seventy five degrees fahrenheiet. |
Naming Notes | This phage is named after my favorite book series, the MaddAddam trilogy by Margaret Atwood. My brother's name is also Adam, and I like that the name is a palindrome. |
