Discovery Notes | The phage from within the soil sample was obtained on the left side of Butterfield Hall at the intersection between E Pleasant Rd and Clark Hill Rd at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. On the hill on the left of Buttefield Hall the sample was taken 2-3 inches in the grass at the base of the large tree. |

Plaque Notes | MangoLassi was isolated from the soil sample and the plaques formed were all round in shape. Six of them were present and all displayed a clear color. Five of them were less than one millimeter in diameter while the largest was 2 millimeters in diameter. |
