Discovery NotesI collected my soil sample around 5:00 PM. On this day it was fairly dry so the top layer of soil was also dry. However, because we had our sprinklers on a few layers down, they were moist and full of life. When I used a small shovel to dig up the soil it was a dark brown color and had some worms and a few pieces of mulch. I dug 3 inches down to attempt getting strong results compared to the topsoil filled with weeds and mulch.
Naming NotesTo begin with, my selected Phage name was Mark. However, after looking through the database, there were similar names compared to Mark so I decided on the name Marcus.
