Plaque NotesDistinct uniform plaques formed at the -6 dilution stage. Further research was taken from the * circled plaque for the rest of the protocols. There is a photo of the possible phage that is there.

The plaques were about .4 cm or about 40 mm in diameter all around. The plaques were clear, not opaque or cloudy. The shape of the plaques were all in the shape of circles. About 5 total plaques were formed.
