Discovery NotesThe soil I obtained was in the front of my house in the ground near the sidewalk. The soil was damp and was retrieved from 3.5" under the top layer of the dirt. It was 21.1 deg C when I dug for the soil and the humidity was at 88%. The amount of soil I placed in a bag was about the size of a tennis ball.
Naming NotesI chose Maurice for the name of my phage because the name makes me smile. It reminds me of a character in a movie I loved as a child (Maurice from Beauty and the Beast).
