Naming Notes | I named my phage Meraki because I love its meaning. It means to do something with soul, creativity or love; to put a piece of yourself in your work. I thought that this was relevant since this phage is my first, personal contribution to something meaningful in science. The meaning is also analogous to the process of bacteriophage infection and the sharing of genetic information. |
