Discovery NotesSample collected from a grass lawn shaded by a leafy plant. Location is next to Drexel University's Constantine N. Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building (PISB). Date was October 6, 2025 and time was 12:07 PM ET. The outside temperature during collection was approximately 27°C. Sample made up of mainly organic matter.
Naming NotesMorhpology was bullseye, so Merida comes from a Disney character who shoots arrows, and 02 refers to the sample collected being our second.

Plaque NotesMedium size (3mm) with a bullseye straight down the middle with a cloudy outer ring. As purification proceeded, plaques grew (to 5mm), bullseye clearing expanded from 1mm to 2mm, and the cloudy outer ring shrank. Both clear and turbid margins, with the clear center being clear and the outer ring being turbid.
