| Plaque Notes | The virus was originally recovered from a turbid plaque. Subsequent growth showed that the degree of turbidity was a function of the titer. At low concentrations the virus formed turbid plaques but at high concentrations the plaques were clear. At intermediate concentrations both turbid and lytic plaques were observed. |
