| From enriched soil sample? | Yes |
| Isolation Temperature | Not entered |
| GPS Coordinates | 40.622517 N, 96.948111 W Map |
| Discovery Notes | The sample was found in an area with trees approximately one inch under ground. The sample was found under wet moss in a damp area. It was 87 degrees F outside. |
| Naming Notes | This phage gave us weird problems when we were diluting it out to a pure, single, phage sample. Sometimes we would have larger-than-usual plaque or smaller plaques. Because of these weird problems we decided to name it an enigma but a small enigma, hence, "minuteenigma" |
| Sequencing Information | |

| Plaque Notes | Our plaques had clear edges, but our size differed. On our pure phage sample plate we had our normal plaque size ranging from 2-3 mm and a smaller <.5 mm plaque sizes. Sometimes we would just have our normal plaque size and the smaller plaques wouldn't appear. |
