Plaque NotesGeneral size was about 3-4 mm, plaque size varies depending on the freshness of bacterial cells, and amount of Top Agar used. Small, clear, circular plaques, which grew up in a 24 hour period, and by second day, immune bacteria were visibly growing. Based on morphology, it is a lytic plaque.
