| Discovery Notes | Soil sample was taken from a soil area in front of the Fresh Food Cafe (Johns Hopkins University) on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at 11:32 AM. The temperature was approximately 33 degrees Fahrenheit. It was cloudy, it had rained recently, and it was mildly humid. The depth of the soil was 4 centimeters, and the moisture content was damp. Baltimore is a city, but the campus mimics an urban environment. The soil sample was taken from a soil patch, right next to a walking cement path. |
| Naming Notes | I was inspired to name my phage Moca because my aunt has a dog with that name. |

| Plaque Notes | Plaques were circular. They were clear with cloudy edges; sometimes there were only cloudy edges on one side of plaque. Plaques were generally medium-sized (~1/8") when the bacterial plates were given 3 days of incubation. |
