Plaque NotesWhen taking notes on the morphology on the sizes of the plaques, it became evident that during the beginning of the semester, the plaques were small in size and very few plates came up contaminated. After picking from the most prominent plaques, meaning, after picking from the plaques that were lytic and large. And using this to start a new plate, the rest of our plaques slowly over the course of the next couple of months started to gradually get bigger.
