Discovery Notes | I found the soil that I used for my Phage Discovery right infront of the Integrated Science Center. At first the soil was very dry, but after digging down it became moderately moist and easy to dig up. |
Naming Notes | During my experimentations with the soil I gathered, I had times where the outcomes of my plates were not viable, and I had to retry the experiment. Once I plated my soil just right, plaque appeared in the hundreds. This leads me to the conclusion that the phage from the soil I chose needs very picky conditions to show its true nature. |
