| Discovery Notes | Surroundings: Pine tree, bushes Soil: Picked up wet soil, lots of dead pine needles covering it, surrounding soil dry |
| Naming Notes | The name was inspired by the bulbs at the bottom of the tail of the phage. It reminded me of a rattlesnake and I decided to give my phage a snake-related name. Naga is the Sanskrit word for a deity that takes the form of a snake, usually a king cobra. It is also close to the genus name for snakes: Naja. |
