Soil collection was collected from 2540 Boyce Plaza Road, Upper St. Clair, Pittsburgh, PA on September 10th, 2016 at 10:47 AM. It was lower 70's and mostly sunny, but with some clouds. The soil was collected near some natural foliage, but still near newly built luxury condos. There were morning glories near the spot of digging. Dug approx. 1 1/2 inch deep. I attempted to dig with the back of a hammer to be more sterile than digging with my hands. The soil was clayey and dense. It was slightly wet implying that rained the night before. Was kept in a Jeep for the rest of the day, in the shade then over night brought into the apartment and kept at 69 degree F.
Naming NotesThis phage was named OmaRose because Oma is what you called your grandmother in German and Rose is my little sister's middle name and they both mean a lot to me.
