Discovery NotesThe soil was found under the deck in the back yard of the house I grew up in. The soil was cold and moist due to the shade under the deck.
Naming NotesThe name of my hometown is Pickerington and I found the phage in soil from there. "PTown" is among the nicknames that people who have grown up there use for Pickerington.
