Plaque NotesPlaques mostly in 3-5mm diameter range, with only a few that are <1mm. Somewhat fuzzy edges: 1mm halo regions. Halo regions are halfway between lysed plaque eye region and bacterial lawn in color. When plated with too high of a titer, plates appear close to the negative control, but some residual evidence of plaques faintly visible.
