Lysogeny Notes | Likely a temperate phage due to the blurry edges of the plaques. Displays consistent behavior. |
Annotating Institution | Unknown or unassigned |
Annotation Status | Not sequenced |
Plaque Notes | Plaques mostly in 3-5mm diameter range, with only a few that are <1mm. Somewhat fuzzy edges: 1mm halo regions. Halo regions are halfway between lysed plaque eye region and bacterial lawn in color. When plated with too high of a titer, plates appear close to the negative control, but some residual evidence of plaques faintly visible. |
