Discovery NotesGroup (Kane Yokoro, Zhaoqi Pang, Grant Kitchen, Zachary Fung), Instructors (Michael Diaz, Joseph Ramahi, Nick Kapp). Sample was collected outside South San Francisco High School's B wing soon after a rainstorm at a temperature of around 53 degrees F. The soil the sample was collected from gets little sunlight throughout the day.
Naming NotesPebbleBean comes from the physical appearance and conditions of the soil sample. It was named by Hillary Ho, Saoirse Price, Juliet Fong, and Jayda Teofilo who adopted the phage for further characterization.
