Plaque NotesInitially our plaques were full of phage, with medium sized plaques. We had a highly concentrated spread, as the phages covered most of the Microbacterium folium lawn. As we furthered our dilutions, the plaques got smaller. When we extracted our lysate our titer was 6.0 x 10^6, a lower concentration than preferred but still manageable. The TEM image showed that it was a podoviridae phage, with a only a collapsed head.
