Discovery NotesThe sample was collected in a ziplock bag at 11:30 pm, with a temperature of 51oF. The soil was damp, with recent warm temperatures and dreary, somewhat rainy, weather. The soil was in a somewhat recently re-bedded flower bed outside of the University Store (on Fifth Avenue), with plants growing around the collection site. The sample was transported for less than 5 minutes and stored overnight in a refrigerator.
Naming NotesA close friend suggested collecting soil in the area I did, so the phage was named after her dog.

Lysogeny NotesWhen performing serial dilutions from a liquid lysate, a lysogenic lawn was produced in the most concentrated plates, with very few plaques. Further dilutions in the same set produced individual plaques. Mesas were also found in a lysogeny test.
