Discovery NotesSoil was collected from outside Drexel Library on 33rd side near a tree. I dug about 2 inches down into the ground. The soil was a bit moist and was a dark brown color. It seemed to be less compact and smooth. The temperature was 80°F. The date was Thursday, October 5th, 2017.
Naming NotesThe name came from my favorite girl name, Penelope, but with a Ph to go along with the phage theme.
