Discovery NotesWe were unable to find a phage for three different rounds of three soil sample each. We decided to adopt our phage from another group. They discovered the phage behind the Foley library on campus. the soil was dry, light in color and clumpy. The soil was from surface dirt.
Naming NotesOur name came from the movie Wreck it Ralph. Fix it Felix is a character in the movie that fixes everything that Ralph wrecks, which is why we wanted him to be our phage name.

Plaque NotesPhage spots were about 2/3 of a centimeter in diameter with a clear dot in the middle. Plaques are have a cloudy ring around the clear dot. There are no halos being formed.
