Discovery NotesSample was taken from a damp patch beside a popular hiking trail. The soil was excavated from about 5 inches below the surface. Phage was isolated from sample via an enriched isolation.
Naming NotesThe name "Phrustrated" as a play on the word "Frustrated". I named this phage after my personal feelings when working with this phage. Isolating and characterizing this phage was an eventful and interesting process, leaving both myself and my instructors confused.
