Discovery NotesFound in a park near recreation buildings. Serial dilutions were performed three times, with the last one being a big and small test. A one-plate lysate was then created, afterward, a ten plate lysate was created with a final titer of 5.8*10^9.DNA isolation was performed with a final concentration of 148.3 μg/mL. A restriction enzyme digest was run on a gel with ten enzymes.
Naming NotesNamed after my favorite snack, Pitachips and dip.
