Discovery NotesOn the day of collection (1/8/2017), the weather was 14o F and windy. The ground was frozen, so it was hard to dig that deep into the soil. I collected soil that was approximately 2-3 inches deep. I stored the soil in my room for one day. I'm not sure of the exact temperature, but neither the heat nor the air conditioning was on.
Naming NotesAs a kid, I had a pet fish named Poncho and have liked the name ever since.
