Plaque NotesPrezGreg67 produces somewhat circular plaques with large clear centers and hazy surrounding halos. Their sizes range from 2.1 mm to 3.2 in diameters, with a mean at 2.7. On a greater concentration of host and top agar, their small size and haziness become more apparent Here, they are drastically different, ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 mm in diameter, with a mean at 1 mm.
