Discovery NotesThe sample the phage was collected from was gathered on 9/6/2012 at approximately 9:20 a.m. on the Culver-Stockton College campus. The outside temperature was 85 degrees Fahrenheit. The sample was collected approximately 4 centimeters below the surface from a moist soil close to a tree.

Plaque NotesThe plaques for this phage went through cycles of changing sizes even after purification. The plaques were initially fairly large but after about two weeks they began to appear as small plaques. The cycle went back and forth between big and small approximately every two weeks. The plaques always appeared to be lytic phages.
