| Discovery Notes | I discovered my soil on the trials behind my dorm in a creek that mud around the water. The soil itself was dark and thick as I thought this would give me the best chance of finding bacteriophage. |
| Naming Notes | Phage was named after myself. My name is David Washington V. Since I am "the fifth" I thought it would be simple to name my phage after myself. The correlation to my name is that "Quinto" in spanish means five or fifth. |
