Plaque NotesWe noted that our plaque morphologies were often inconsistent in regards to size. They averaged around 6-7mm, but there were still some very tiny plaques. Some plaques were larger than others, so we noted that this must be a behavioral trait of our phage. We also noted that the plaque morphologies were clear, not cloudy.
