| Plaque Notes | The phage spots are fairly middle sized and have some turbidity. They are mainly clear but do have a cloudy film. We only have 1 type of phage based on the lysis pattern that is relevant throughout all of the plates from the serial dilutions. There was an average dilution spot measurement of 0.52 mm. |
