| Plaque Notes | After 20 hours incubated at 37?C 3-4 mm diameter turbid plaques form. After 22 hours at the same temperature the results are 3-4 mm diameter turbid plaques with faint even more turbid rings around their centers. After 24 hours at the same temperature the rings grow to 0.5-0.8 mm thick. Finally after 48 hours of incubation at 37?C the plaques remained turbid but grow to 5-6 mm in diameter with turbid rings of about 1 mm in thickness. The rings are consistently even more turbid than the already turbid centers. |
