Discovery NotesDuring PCR there was a detection of a bright red band that showed up with the cluster pbiB1. We can suspect from the results in PCR that pbiB1 may be a possible cluster for my adopted phage.
Naming NotesThis name came from part of my mentors name, had asked me what the most interesting things I was learning in school was and I had told him working with phages in the lab. He continued to ask me about it every time I saw him and he was very interested, giving me the idea to base my name for my adopted phage around his.
