| Plaque Notes | Our dilution was 10^-3, which was mixed with our Mycobacterium smegmatis, combined with agar, and poured into an LA plate that was sitting for 7 days (or so) at ~22 degrees Celsius. The spots are overall close in size, most under the 1 cm scale bar. The burst of phage plaques is deep and patterned over the plate, versus more dispersed. |
