Plaque NotesPlaques were very tiny and temperate. In the beginning, the plaques started out as nearly 1mm in diameter, but became closer to 1/3 or maybe 1/2 mm. The best hypothesis for that was the phage was more lytic than temperate in the beginning, but became more temperate by the end. However, that is only a hypothesis.
