Discovery NotesThis phage was found in a pile of soil. Last summer, Brittney's family had made a new driveway. Making this driveway consisted of digging up soil from underground and replacing the spots with gravel. The sample was collected from that same soil pile.
Naming NotesWe decided to name our phage after our favorite character from a t.v. show. The show is called Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Our favorite character from this show is Rosa Diaz. Rosa is a very charismatic person. She is funny and sassy, and that is what we like about her.
