| Plaque Notes | Round, clear plaques approximately 1-2 centimeters in diameter. Tend to grow in tight clusters of 3-4 plaques. The plaques are seen to fully lyse the host bacteria, resulting in an area in which the bottom of the plate can be seen straight through the agar. |
