Discovery NotesWe obtained our phage from Kennewick, Washington. The soil was dry and slightly sandy, we collected it from the surface soil of the edge of a lawn. It was sunny and hot, at about 6:00 pm. Collected on 8/19/25.
Naming NotesWe thought that naming phages after types of pasta would be fitting, so we started with Rotelle. Maybe more people who discover phages could name them after types of pasta as well.
