Discovery NotesGenomic DNA was sequenced on an ONT Minion, R10.4.1 chemistry. The sequence assembled into one contig of 58,104 bp with 91% query cover, 87% identity to Inked (AU7). This sequence appears to be nearly complete based on its similarity to Inked (AU7), which is a similar size to the longest contig.
Naming NotesPhage 'Rustanjo' was named after my two dogs Rusty and Banjo.
