| Discovery Notes | Genomic DNA was sequenced on an ONT Minion, R10.4.1 chemistry. The sequence assembled into one contig of 58,104 bp with 91% query cover, 87% identity to Inked (AU7). This sequence appears to be nearly complete based on its similarity to Inked (AU7), which is a similar size to the longest contig. |
| Naming Notes | Phage 'Rustanjo' was named after my two dogs Rusty and Banjo. |

| Plaque Notes | Around 100 μL of Rustanjo phage was mixed with 250 μL of A. globiformis B-4225, then plated with 3.5mL PY top agar on a PYCa plate. This incubated for 1-2 days at 30°C and was then imaged. |
