Discovery Notesfound at the bottom of the hill in front of the Virginia Tech shooting memorial across the street from Burruss Hall, Blacksburg Virginia.
Naming NotesMany names were thought of and had settled on Saigon because the phage was found in front of a shooting memorial that will be remembered. Saigon may not be in a physical map due to a name change after the Vietnam war, however in most south Vietnamese people in the world and the Vietnamese people themselves, Saigon is a name that is still remembered.
