Discovery NotesFound on campus in dark, loamy soil. Found in the shade, approximately 3.5 centimeters below the surface. The moisture level was low.
Naming NotesA 'Samsquanch' is a mispronunciation of Sasquatch by Bubbles in Trailer Park Boys. I named my phage after the mythical Nova Scotian Samsquanch because they are both rare.
