Plaque NotesI got my phages from direct isolation and my phages are pretty small in size. My phage size diameter is 0.5. Since the phage is so small, about 8100 plaques would take up the whole plate. The plate itself has 45 diameter size. I have all my incubation times throughout the process taking about two days each time.
