Discovery NotesThe soil was collected in a small field of dirt. Around it was plants, leaves, and other organic material. Soil was gathered approximately 5 cm below the ground.

Time of the collection was 9:51 am when the temperature was 51F. The soil was a bit damp because it had rained last night.
Naming NotesI chose the name because it sounded cool. In addition, the process of discovering this phage was similar to a previous experience I had when learning a violin piece called Scherzo Tarantella. There were some frustrating moments, but in general the process was enjoyable.

Plaque NotesIn my direct isolation, my phage created a clear plaque, indicating that it was lyric. It seemed to be a slow-growing because it only developed one plaque. The plaque was 0.5 mm wide.
