Discovery NotesI chose my soil from my backyard in Aurora, IL. The soil was wet due the snow. I gather the soil close to my fence where it was more moist because I thought the more moist the more chances of bacteria it would have. The only I had with me was scissors so I dig it up with scissors. I took the soil and place it in a sandwich bag. Although I try to not get any small sticks from the ground some still manage to get in. I grabbed about a pound of soil.
Naming NotesI chose to name my phage Sebas because it's a shorter way to say Sebastian. Sebastian was the name of a bird that passed away.
