Discovery NotesPhage Shrestha was obtained from dry surface soil that had fine, light brown grains found in the garden.The soil was enriched overnight and then plated the next day, and incubated overnight. There was no evidence of plaques the next day. The soil that had been enriched for 48 hours and then plated and incubated overnight, had plaques when analysed the following day.
