Naming NotesThe reason why we chose Agar Agar Ahoy was because most of our time in the lab was spent with the help of L-agar plates and our phages which we believe our name should bring light to. In addition to this, we can use the name to view the phages as an analogy to pirates as the phages are pirates and the host bacteria is the boat.
