Discovery NotesThe soil was very dry and full of organic matter. There are small clumps with organic matter but the rest of the soil is grain. There are rocks, stubble, and plant roots in the soil as well. The soil was collected approximately 3 inches below the surface due to the harsh weather conditions. It was hard to dig farther than that due to the conditions.
Naming NotesI named my phage after the iconic line from Kung Fu Panda. "Skadoosh" is a catchphrase Po uses, usually before performing a final, powerful move or action. It symbolizes confidence.
