Discovery NotesThe soil was a thick muddy consistency with many pieces of sediment in it. The weather the day it was found was cloudy and cool, right in the midst of winter. The soil was semi frozen and had some frost still with it.
Naming NotesThe phage was named after both discoverers of it. We combined both of our initials, SK and IB, to create the phage we both found, SKIB.
