Discovery NotesOur sample was found at the Buckley Green Volleyball Courts where the soil was surrounded by grass and sand. The day it was picked was also a bit rainy, so the soil was also a bit moist.
Naming NotesOur phage plaques have always been small from the start, causing us to not be able to pick a plaque from our direct plate and having to move on with our enriched solution. Despite this, when we were able to finally pick a plaque, our results came out like we expected for all of the experiments we took it through, thus where the mighty part comes into play.
