Discovery NotesA soil sample was collected on 19SEPT2022 from the Mount St. Mary's University campus. The soil was near a body of water, but not touching the water. It was about 1cm deep in the group, and was
shaded from sun exposure. The soil was moist and had a play-dough-like texture. The air temperature was 79°F. Phage was isolated by enrichment culturing at 25°C.
Naming NotesNamed for the condition of the phage; during TEM I only found one head connected with a tail in my sample, so my phage
was solo (on its own).
