Plaque NotesTwo morphologies. 1st usually ranges from 0.3mm to 1.1 mm in size and has turbid edging and 85% of the plaque is clear. During one titer assay, the 1st morphology reached 2mm in diameter without the 2nd morphology being present. The 2nd morphology is less than 0.1mm in diameter. Almost completely turbid. Plaques seem to stop growing after 48 hours. Usually, the turbidity in both morphologies gradually disappears until the plaques are entirely clear.
